There’s been plenty of coverage recently of the tit for tat between the big 4 banks (or it that big 3?) recently… While National Australia Bank experiments with social media – it’s rival’s do not appear to be taking this last approach lying down.
Will this result in a better deal for customers? OR is it just a bunch of marketing folks flexing their muscle (and their budgets).
Can the public perception of the Big 4 really be broken?
