It’s been an amazing year here at RealSatisfied, and I couldn’t be prouder of the growth we’ve seen. We’ve reached new milestones, added to our team, and have partnered with some of the best companies in the real estate industry. Our team has worked hard, and rather than compile an exhaustive list, here are some of my favorite highlights:
A year of exceptional growth.
We added over 90,000 agents to our platform in 2015 in conjunction with our brokers and association partners and through new partnerships established this year, and ongoing adoption is though the roof. It’s clear that measuring customer satisfaction and agent performance is becoming standard – and we couldn’t be more pleased. Some of the companies that have adopted RealSatisfied this year include LJ Hooker in Australia, and in the USA & Canada, Century 21, Miami Association of REALTORS®, Dilbeck, MLS PIN, Mainstreet Association of REALTORS®, Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®, Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, Lyon Real Estate and numerous Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices companies.
Some exciting product updates for both brokers and agents. The addition of the Social Media Dashboard gave our broker clients the ability to easily engage with agents in their success, expanding the reach of agent social efforts and improving the potential for retention and recruitment. And at the request of numerous clients, we also launched our new Office Profile Pages, providing a new way for Offices to engage with consumers and other agents. In addition, we launched a slew of summary reports and updated our API to include SAML support for single sign on. For agents, we added new ways to syndicate their ratings and testimonials, discussed below, and improved the customization of our visual testimonials, to spice up their social sharing.
New Partnerships. Industry leaders, and our integration partners Cloud CMA, BrokerWolf, and Spacio Pro have worked with us to forge new integrations with their products to create additional service benefits. And it’s exciting to look forward to 2016 knowing we have much more to come.
Our team grew. In July, we added an important member to our team – Laura Monroe. She has brought a positive new energy and perspective to our team and I can’t wait to see what Laura continues to accomplish in 2016.
We’ve also received a fair amount of attention in the press over the course of the year: TechCrunch, Inman, Chicago Agent Magazine, Realtor Mag, Swanepoel T3 Navigator Agent Review Report, The Center for Real Estate Technology podcast, in addition to EliteAgent.au and REBOnline.com.au in Australia. So, what’s in store for 2016?
Let me give you a bit of a preview: Foreign language support for surveys and survey invitations, French in Canada and Spanish in the USA, and detailed feeds, giving every agent the ability to showcase the ratings they receive on every transaction, not just testimonials. As always, our clients will be in control of how and where these get used. And one more thing, a complete redesign of our agent and broker profile pages. Be on the lookout for all of these changes.
