Everyone likes a bit of color in their life!

We’ve just added a bit of color to ours (and yours) – our survey response reports now feature colorful charts to make them easy on the eye and simpler to visualize your feedback.

Everytime one of your surveys is completed, we zip off an email to you (and other’s in your team if you like) with the survey response report attached as a PDF – real feedback, in your hands, as it happens – now what could be better than that!

What to see what they look like?

If you are already a RealSatisfied customer all of your survey response reports are now in the new format – yay!

Great news for agents ! Our new Lost Listing Presentation survey has just entered pre release. This means you can test drive the survey and give us you feedback before the survey moves to final release.
