New Social Features Launching At RealSatisfied

We’ve been working on some great new features and tools over the past quarter and are excited to be releasing them over the next week or so – starting with a major update this weekend.

“So what’s new?” you say…

Testimonial Approvals : At your request, Testimonials will now require your approval prior to publishing to your profile page and feeds. You’ve always been able to remove them from your feed, but with more options to share, we want to make sure nothing is public until you want it to be. Read more about this process in our support article.

Publish to Facebook & Twitter : As part of the Testimonial approval process you will have the option to connect your RealSatisfied account to Facebook & Twitter, enabling status updates and tweets when you receive a new Testimonial. We will be adding more publishing options in the very near future. This is just the beginning!

Auditing and Response Validation : For some time now we have been analyzing survey responses and usage of RealSatisfied to identify potential issues relating to the audit and authenticity of responses. This update will see the release of our “Response Quarantine.” You can read more about how this operates in our support article.

All new Profile Page settings : including your Testimonial Approvals, Survey Responses, Publishing Services, Widgets & Feeds.
